Qi Card is Iraq's national payment switch connecting bank-issued debit and prepaid cards. We integrate Qi for online ecommerce checkout and can bridge to POS terminals for omnichannel retailers — ensuring card data never touches your servers (hosted payment page or redirect model) and settlements reconcile with your bank.

Platforms we support
Qi Card online integration suits custom ecommerce backends (Laravel, .NET, Node.js), WooCommerce with a certified plugin pattern, and Odoo POS/ecommerce modules. Shopify stores typically use an external payment redirect page. We never store card numbers — all sensitive data stays on Qi's hosted infrastructure.
Settlement & payouts
Qi settlements flow through your acquiring bank — typically T+1 business days for IQD into your merchant settlement account. Interchange and Qi switch fees apply per your bank agreement. Mesopo provides transaction logs with authorization codes for daily bank reconciliation.

Does Qi Card work for online-only stores?
Yes. Qi supports e-commerce merchants with hosted checkout. You need an online merchant ID separate from physical POS terminals in most bank agreements.
Which cards does Qi accept?
Qi processes Iraqi bank-issued debit and prepaid cards on the national switch. International Visa/Mastercard acceptance depends on your acquirer — we clarify this during merchant setup.
How long does Qi certification take?
Sandbox integration takes 1–2 weeks. Bank certification review adds 2–4 weeks depending on test case completion and acquirer backlog. We prepare all technical artifacts in advance.
