Does FastPay support both wallet and card payments?
Yes. Depending on your merchant profile, customers can pay from FastPay wallet balance or linked payment methods. We configure the checkout to show available options returned by the API.
Can I use FastPay alongside FIB or Zain Cash?
Absolutely. Multi-gateway checkout is common in Iraq. We implement a payment method selector and route each order to the correct provider with unified order status handling.
What happens if a customer closes the browser mid-payment?
We rely on FastPay webhooks as the source of truth, not just the redirect URL. Pending orders stay in a "awaiting payment" state until the webhook confirms success or timeout rules mark them expired.
